| heal.abstract | Η πτυχιακή εργασία που ακολουθεί, ασχολείται με τις εργασίες συντήρησης μιας πήλινης λάρνακας, που ανασκάφθηκε στη θέση Πέλικα, στο Μαρούσι, κατά τις εργασίες διάνοιξης της Αττικής Οδού, στα πλαίσια των Ολυμπιακών Έργων. Οι εργασίες που διενεργήθηκαν έγιναν με σκοπό τη διάσωση της λάρνακας από περαιτέρω φθορές, ενώ τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ήταν κατάλληλα για την κατοπινή αποθήκευση το αντικειμένου και όχι για την έκθεσή του. Η σειρά των εργασιών που πραγματοποιήθηκαν, ήταν αναδιάταξη των οστράκων της λάρνακας και του πώματός της, καθαρισμός με νερό, βούρτσα και νυστέρι, και στερέωση των επιφανειών επαφής των οστράκων με αραιό διάλυμα Paraloid B72. Η συγκόλληση πραγματοποιήθηκε αρχικά με διάλυμα Paraloid B72 διαλυμένο σε ακετόνη, αλλά επειδή κάποια όστρακα είχαν σαθρές επιφάνειες επαφής και μεγάλο βάρος, χρησιμοποιήθηκε μια πιο ισχυρή κόλλα, το διάλυμα Paraloid N48 σε ακετόνη. Η συγκόλληση έγινε με τη βοήθεια σφιγκτήρων. Η συμπλήρωση, που ακολούθησε, πραγματοποιήθηκε μόνο στο κύριο σώμα της λάρνακας, και αυτό διότι σωζόταν σχεδόν πλήρης, ενώ στο καπάκι της, δεν έγινε συμπλήρωση, γιατί ήταν ελλιπές σε μεγάλο ποσοστό. Στη συνέχεια, πραγματοποιήθηκε η αισθητική αποκατάσταση των τμημάτων συμπλήρωσης με σκόνες αγιογραφίας και στερεωτικό διάλυμα Primal AC33 διαλυμένο στο χρώμα. Για την αποθήκευση του αντικειμένου, κατασκευάστηκαν δύο ξύλινα κιβώτια με καπάκι, για να τοποθετηθούν στο ένα το κύριο μέρος της λάρνακας, και στο άλλο το κάλυμμά της. Οι διστάσεις των κιβωτίων ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερες από αυτές των αντικειμένων, για το λόγο ότι ανάμεσα στο κιβώτιο και στη λάρνακα τοποθετήθηκε αφρολέξ, για να εξαλειφθεί ο κίνδυνος φθοράς κατά τη μεταφορά τους. Τα κιβώτια σφραγίσθηκαν και στο καπάκι τους γράφτηκε η ένδειξη του αντικειμένου. | heal.abstract | The final study that follows, deals with the work of conservation of a clay tube, that was excavated in the place Pelika, in Marousi, during the workings of the tunnelling of Attica Road, in the frames of the Olympic Workings. The work that was held was aiming at the tube’s rescue from further deteriorations, while the materials, that were used, were suitable for the following storage of the object, and not for its exhibition. The sequence of the work, that was held, was the shuffle of the tube’s pieces and its buckler, the cleaning with water, brush and lancet, and the consolidation of the contact’s surfaces of the pieces, with thin solution Paraloid B72. The welding was accomplished, initially, with solution Paraloid B72 dissolved in acetone, but because certain pieces had frail surfaces of contact and big weight, a more powerful glue was used, the solution Paraloid N48 in acetone. The welding was carried out with the help of constrictors. The completion, that followed, was accomplished only in the main body of the tube, and this happened, because it was saved almost complete, while in its buckle, a completion was not done, because it missed a high percentage of its material. For the workings of completion were used plaster of artistry and dental wax. Then, the aesthetic restoration of the completion’s pieces was accomplished, with powder of agiography and fixing solution Primal AC33 dissolved in the colour. For the object’s storage, two wooden boxes were manufactured with a buckler, in order to be placed in the one, the main part of the tube, and in the other, its cover. The size of the boxes was a little bigger than those of the objects, for the reason that between the box and the tube, ethafoam was placed, in order to eliminate the danger of deterioration during their transport. The boxes were stamped and on their buckle was written the clue of object. For the documentation of the above work, photographic material is stated, during their implementation. | en |
